Berd Warranty and Service Information

This Limited Warranty is provided by Berd, LLC to you as the original purchaser only

Berd warrants that its rims and spokes will be free from defects in material and workmanship, for the duration of the warranty (details below) from the date of purchase. The final decision of whether the product is defective will be made by Berd.

The Limited Warranty does NOT cover damages resulting from improper use, neglect, abuse, misuse, or alteration of the products.

Hubs as part of Berd wheelsets will be covered under the hub manufacturer's Warranty policy.

• Onyx Warranty

Duration:

• Berd HAWK Series wheels - lifetime rim and spoke warranty against manufacturing defects
• All other Berd wheels - 5 years against manufacturing defects
• Berd spokes - 5 years against manufacturing defects
• Berd Hubs - 2 years against manufacturing defects

Crash Replacement (damage while riding):

• Wheels built with Berd HAWK Series rims - free lifetime rim crash replacement
• All other Berd wheels - the damaged Berd wheel will be replaced or repaired to new condition for $200 for the period of 5 years from the date of purchase
• Customer is responsible for labor and shipping for all crash replacements

Wear and Tear - Not covered by the Limited Warranty (Ex. scratches, UV fading, discoloring, cosmetic defects, dirt, bearings, seals, etc.)

Berd reserves the right to refuse warranty to any person who abuses its products, programs, or warranty policy.

General Return Policy - Stock Berd products can be returned within 30 days of purchase* as long as they are in new, unused condition. Once Berd spokes have been laced into a hub they are no longer eligible for return. Please be sure to follow the Berd Installation Guide to ensure that you properly calculate your spoke lengths.
